2-Shot: A 2-shot is a polaroid picture taken with you and a member of the team. The member will then decorate the polaroid and you will receive it. You can win these through gacha prizes and other ways. 3-shot, 4-shot work the same way, except you can either bring a friend or choose another girl for a total of the number indicated, including yourself.
98-chu (98中) Ticket: a ticket that guarantees you entry to any normal show, with the exception of the first and last show of a Stage. There are two kinds: 福袋98中 & regular 98中. 福袋98中 is sent 4 days before the show you want to see and the 98中 is sent 2 days before the show you want to see.
100-chu (100中) Ticket: is similar with 98-chu, except it can get you into the first and last show and even some specials shows that allow it. The 中 tickets only guarantees a regular 'ippan' ticket though so you could end up being first or last into the theatre.
B.L.T: stands for Beautiful Lady & Television. They collaborate with AKB48 in magazines such as the original B.L.T., B.L.T. U-17, and the special AKBxB.L.T. issues. From the AKBxB.L.T. issues which can only be purchased at the theatre or bought online, are collectible photos. It usually comes in four versions, and are sold at different times. One issue at the beginning of the week, second issue during second week, and the rest on the web. The B.L.T. photos that come with it follow the weeks respectively, 1st week - A, 2nd week - B and also C (which can only be ordered through the web)
Demachi (出待ち): Waiting for the idol to leave to say goodbye, or just see her. Nowadays, we can’t find this kind of activities again.
Enpou: One of the AKB48 theater ticketing system. This ticket only for distant place people. Usually, Theater provide 10-20 ticket per day for this kind of ticket.
Gacha: Balls which contain with some prize like point reward, photo, stage ticket, 2-shot ticket, date with member, one day theater manager or play Wii with member. Because of various reason, July 2009 was the last month of gacha sales.
Gyaku-dori (逆ドリ): Changing / trading seats with someone in a row behind in order to sit with a friend. This is also used when someone trades seats with someone in the back so as to be able to have room to do otagei.
Hosu (干す): To boycott, as in when an idol refuses to see a particularly obnoxious fan.
Houchi-play (放置プレイ): Playing like you don't like or are uninterested in something; ignoring something you are interested in as a form of perverse affection. Fans think this is what many an idol does to them from time to time, which makes the relationship that much more interesting.
Ippan: One of the AKB48 theater ticketing system. This is a regular ticket for stage performance.
Kan-copy (完コピ): Looking or acting exactly as the idol or talent on stage does.
Kenkyusei: Research Student (formerly SEED). They are trainees under AKB48 who aim to debut. They are expected to work and perform in some stage as the subs for the main member.
Kosan (古参): A long-time fan of idols.
LIVE on Demand (LOD): Internet based service, provided by AKS management via DMM.com. The fans can register their name and choose what package that they want, so they can download team stage from last night performance. Live on Demand comes in two different quality videos, 1M (480x270 resolution) and 3M (640x360 resolution). 1M is usually around 1 Gigabyte while the 3M is around 2.5 Gigabytes. The pricing per show is 525 yen for the 1M and 840 yen for the 3M. You can also pay for a whole month for a price of 4,980 yen. At this moment, the service is for japan only, because they only accept payment by Credit Card with Japan residential address.
Ninja (ニンジャ): Stalker of an idol, synonymous with STK.
Oshi-jump (推しジャンプ): Throw the arms up in the air and scream the name of the idol.
Otageishi (オタ芸師): An otagei performer.
